Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging with tags intact.
How to Return

Contact us within 7 days
WhatsApp or email us with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address.

Pack and ship the item
Pack the saree securely in its original packaging. Use a reliable courier and share the tracking number with us. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Refund or exchange processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
